You must keep your account information current. If your phone number, email address or payment method changes, update it in your account settings promptly. Outdated contact information can delay withdrawals and identity verification.
91 Lucky may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or as part of routine compliance checks. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capability until the process is complete.
91 Lucky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion fees are charged by 91 Lucky on PKR transactions.
The vast majority of withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes of submission. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. All funds deposited into your 91 Lucky account must be yours and must be from a lawful source. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person. 91 Lucky reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits funded through illicit means will be reported to relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed.
Your 91 Lucky wallet balance earns no interest. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 91 Lucky's operational funds.
All bets placed on 91 Lucky are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before submitting. 91 Lucky cannot accept cancellation requests after a bet has been confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's rules (e.g. early cash-out). Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event — the applicable maximum is displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred — for example, odds that are significantly misaligned with the market due to a technical fault — 91 Lucky reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. We will communicate any such voiding clearly and promptly. This provision is not used lightly and is reserved for genuine errors only.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a match starts but is abandoned before reaching the minimum qualifying time under 91 Lucky's event-specific rules (typically 10 overs for a T20 or 20 overs for an ODI), affected markets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets already settled before abandonment stand.
For cricket markets affected by weather interruptions, 91 Lucky settles bets based on the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result as declared by the match officials. Markets explicitly titled "Full Match" will be voided if a full result is not achieved. Markets titled "50-Over" or "20-Over" settle on the DLS-adjusted target where applicable.
In-play markets are subject to temporary suspension at any point during live action. Odds may change significantly between the time you click a selection and when your bet is confirmed. 91 Lucky offers three in-play acceptance settings: accept any odds change, accept better odds only, or reject if odds change. You can set your preference in account settings. The default setting is "accept any odds change" — adjust this if you prefer stricter acceptance rules.
All casino games and jackpot slots on 91 Lucky — including live casino, RNG table games and video slots — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Each game operates on an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform or any player's account history.
In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, 91 Lucky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. Where a session was disconnected mid-round, the round result will be determined by the game server record, not the display on your device. If you experience a technical issue, contact support with the game name, round ID and approximate time.
Progressive jackpot games contribute to a shared prize pool. If a jackpot is won but a technical fault is confirmed that materially affected the winning spin, 91 Lucky will investigate and communicate the outcome within 5 business days. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and reflect the most recently confirmed pool value.
91 Lucky offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, odds boosts and referral rewards through the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general rules.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as "no wagering." This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 5,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Casino table games may contribute 10–50%. Some jackpot slots contribute 0%. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the bonus terms section of your account dashboard.
Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, staking in a pattern designed to exploit wagering with minimal risk, or using any mechanical advantage that circumvents the intent of the promotion — will result in the bonus being voided, any associated winnings being forfeited and potentially the permanent closure of the account.
Bonuses that are not wagered within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. If a bonus expires while you are actively wagering, the remaining unwagered bonus balance will be removed but real-money funds in your wallet will not be affected.
The Refer a Friend programme allows registered 91 Lucky players to earn rewards when friends they refer register and make a qualifying deposit.
